• What did you want to achieve when looking into the services Flo provide?

 I’ve been working in the construction sector for many years and have built a good reputation for commitment and reliability with my clients. This is now a great opportunity for me to develop my business and deliver a great service. At times, the construction sector can be a tough place to work, but I firmly believe I can grow my business further by attracting both repeat and new business in the years ahead.

What this has enabled me to do is focus on those things that really add value to my business such as developing a great pool of quality candidates and working closely with my clients to support their requirements, often at short notice. • What have you achieved in your agency to date?

 I have now built a solid business foundation with consistent work with a broad portfolio of clients. This is a great platform for me to grow from but is also very satisfying that I am able to provide regular work for my candidates. It really is a win-win.

I am very good with people and love working with different clients to support their business. I am not naturally as confident with systems, and this is where Flo has been so helpful.
